29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  (a) Port of Pascagoula West in MS at CSA Equipment, LLC. - On or about May 23, 2012, a flexible cord was used between the diesel fuel pump and the junction box. A flexible cable was used between the overhead light and the junction box.
