29 CFR 1910.179(j)(1)(ii)(b):   Complete inspections of the crane shall be performed at intervals of 1 to 12 months for detecting cracked or deformed members, worn or distorted parts, ie; pins bearing and shafts as well as exessive wear on brakes:  (a) On or about May 5, 2013 at 4225 NE Port Dr Lee's Summit Missouri 64064. Employees in the warehouse were exposed to a struck by hazard from possible failure of hoist because monthly inspections for deformities or cracks were not accomplished or documented.

Employees in the warehouse were exposed to a struck by hazard from possible failure of control pendants, lift components, cabling, or other mechanisms, because complete inspections of overhead hoists hooks were not performed.
