29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a- 1700 Rookery Court, West Windsor NJ: On or about 05/22/13, company employees installing second story exterior wall frames and other related activities, less than six feet from unprotected edges, were exposed to falls in excess of 8 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with any fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii):  a- 1700 Rookery Court, West Windsor NJ: On or about 05/22/13, company employees installing second story exterior wall frames and other related activities, less than six feet from unprotected edges, were exposed to falls in excess of 25 feet to the ground below when they were not provided with fall protection training covering the installation of exteror frames while at unprotected edges.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
