29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:   a) New Courtland DBA Germantown Home: An employee (Laundry Aide) cleaned the folding table in laundry room with an unlabeled spray bottle containing disinfectant cleaner consisting of chemicals such as, but not limited to, Dicapryl Dimonium Chloride and Banzalkonium Chloride. The employer did not ensure that all spray bottles available for employee use containing hazardous chemicals were labeled. On or about June 3, 2013.
