29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) Old Coral Maintenance Building, 1st Gulf Dr., New Orleans, LA; On or about 6/06/2013, the employer allowed an employee to remove roof shingles from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was approximately 22 feet above the ground.
