29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers did not obtain or develop a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce or import. Employers shall have a material safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. Job site located at 6100 O Street, Lincoln, NE 68510-The employer did not have an MSDS for products such as, but not limited too, the latex paint used by the display manager at the facility. The display manager did not have the MSDS for the paint in her department at the time of the inspection. There had not been MSDS for the products for numerous months before the actual inspection.
