29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph.    Located at 646 9th Avenue, New York, NY, basement    On or about 5/17/2013    a)    Circuit breaker panels located on the lower level (basement) were not protected by a cover.  Energized parts not protected or guarded as employees worked in the room.         NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED   IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR   DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
