29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph:      Location: 58 9th Ave. 2nd Floor, New York, NY    On or about: September 19, 2016      a) A circuit breaker panel located in the Northeast room on the 2nd floor was not protected by a cover.  Energized live parts were not protected or guarded as employees were working nearby.      NOTE: POWER SURGE ELECTRIC, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.403(i)(2)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 911440, CITATION NUMBER 1-1, ISSUED ON 3/30/2013, NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE 5/19/2014.
