29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22):  Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:    6806 154th St., Omaha, NE  68136 (Job-site): The employer did not ensure that employee used a ladder while not carrying objects. An employee was carrying a load of shingles in his right arm while ascending a ladder.    Abatement certification is required for this violation.  Abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented:                                                                                                             6806 154th St., Omaha, NE  68136 (Job-site): The employer did not ensure that adequate fall protection was provided for employees who were working on the roof of a home which was approximately 8 feet from a lower level.     Robles Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 685918, Citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1965 Washington, Blair, NE 68008.   Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
