29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts, ingoing nip points and pinch points:    a)  Saw Dept., on or about 6/20/13:  Ingoing nip points, rotating spindle end and nut projection and unused portion of the sanding belt were not guarded on a Dayton belt sander.    b)  Saw Dept., on or about 6/20/13:  Unused portion of blade on a Wells horizontal bandsaw, Serial #W721711, was not guarded on the right side.    c)  CNC Machining Area, on or about 6/20/13:  Pinch points created between the moving ram and the part being stamped on a Scotchman ironworker, Serial #1062M0708, were not guarded.    Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.      The Precision Systems Mfg. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312371115, citation number 1, item number 2  and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/09, with respect to a workplace located at 4855 Executive Drive, Liverpool, New York.
