North Coast Tool, Inc. - On or about 09/04/13, an Ametek MK-2 noise dosimeter was placed on the CNC punch operator in the production area . The dosimeter was allowed to run for 418 minutes. The equivalent 8-hour dose was 94.3% for the employee and the 8-hour time-wieghted average was 90.5 dB. The Company had not provided audiometric testing for employees exposed to noise levels greater than 85 dB as an 8-hour Time Weighted Average.
