29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration. 243 High St., Burlington City: On or about 6/25/2013, employees of Joe Faracchio Custom Masonry were working from a welded tubular frame scaffold using single decking boards as the walking working surface. There were no guardrails on the scaffold and the workers were not provided any form of fall protection. The scaffold had not been erected under the supervision of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection.
