29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about: 6/24/13  Location: 6 Clarion Drive, White Plains, NY 10603    a) Employees working/walking in the area of the first floor stairway opening were not protected by guardrails or other fall protection system to prevent falls of 10 feet to the basement. b) Employees framing/working in the area of second floor window opening were not protected by guardrails or other fall protection system to prevent falls of 10 feet to the ground below. c) Employees framing/working in the roof rafters were not protected from falls of 20 feet to the ground below. d) Employees using a wooden ramp to access the second floor were not protected from falls of up to 11 feet to the ground below.
