29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) Check Loans, 4039 Jonesboro Road, Forest Park, GA - An employee was working inside an aerial lift truck approximately 17 feet high without a positioning device, which should have been attached, by lanyard, to either the basket or the boom of the lift.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.      The GSN, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314088808, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 318 Mall Boulevard, Savannah Georgia 31406.
