29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:  (a)  On July 16, 2013, On a job site located at 3400 Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO., - Employees were exposed to serious overhead struck-by injuries, in that employees working on Billboard Sign Platforms directly above each other were not wearing protective hard hats to prevent potential injuries from falling objects.     Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
