29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) Jobsite: 4979 William Flynn Highway, Allison Park, PA: On or about July 17, 2013, employees were observed working on the roof of a strip center approximately 25 feet from ground to eve with a 6/12 pitch, without fall protection.
