29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:  a) Memphis Street Pediatrics (Memphis Street): Employees, (Medical Assistants) while administering subcutaneous and intramuscular injections and while conducting blood draws were occupationally exposed to blood. The employer did not develop a written Exposure Control Plan to document how the practice intended to reduce or eliminate employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens. On or about June 26, 2013.
