29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50 feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use of a safety monitoring system alone:     On or about 07/25/2013, while installing a single membrane rubber roofing material on a low slop roof, employees were not protected from a fall hazard of (approximately) 25 feet, by a fall protection system/device or monitoring system.     Eastern Suburban Properties dba Ardis Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92099, citation number 01, item number 01(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1135 Sunset Rd., Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.
