29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At the site, in Katy, Texas, on or about August 1, 2013, employees performing window work from the roof of the project site were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet and greater while working without fall protection.
