29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a) Location: 25 Charlton Street, Everett, MA     On or about 8/1/2013, an employee was observed working alongside an unprotected edge that was 6 feet or more above a lower level without the use of fall protection.    Brenco Construction Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) was contained in OSHA Inspection 313851693, Citation Number 01, Item Number 2, Issued 11/5/2009  with respect to workplace located at 50 Saint Peter Street, Salem, MA, 01970.
