Brenco Construction Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 924636 Citation Number 01, Item Number 1,  Issued 9/24/13 with respect to workplace located at 25 Charlton Street, Everett, MA 02149. The final order date for the citation was on 10/25/13.
