29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof. Travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher shall not exceed 100 feet: On the second level of the building on or about August 13, 2013, and at times prior thereto, there was no fire extinguisher. There were no 55 gallon drums of waters with pails or hoses connected to spigots that could reach the project. There were combustible materials onsite such as plastic material over the wood pole scaffold at the front of the building.
