Michele Baking Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.263(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspections Number 314013723, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on March 2, 2010, with respect to the workplace at 3140 Mannheim, Franklin Park, Illinois, 60131.
