29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and/or unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level.     a) On or about August 27, 2013, the employer failed to ensure the fire exit door N1 in the Back Room (Receiving Area) was free from being blocked with material and/or equipment, in which was being temporarily blocked by boxes of materials awaiting to be stored.   No abatement information is needed for this item.
