29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.  Date: 08/31/2013  Location: 75 Franklin Street, Boston, MA  Employees were exposed to fall hazards over 15 feet in height while standing/working in an area where a wall had been removed and fall protection was not used.     Daniel Marr & Sons was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312101868, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/09/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 725 Albany Street, Boston, MA.
