Location: X.7 Line exterior: On or about May 3, 2018, the single leg wire rope slings, attached to the front left and rear right corners of the employers connex box, did not have tags showing the safe working load of the slings.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Location: B1, section F-22 On or about May 2, 2018, two drills were found to have a flexible cord that was not maintained, and was damaged in multiple parts and wrapped in electrical tape. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
