Note: There is a presumption that it is feasible and will not create a greater hazard to implement at least one of the above-listed fall protection systems: (a) Top story of building, West side: On or about September 5, 2013, employee(s) were exposed to a fall of approximately 55-1/2 feet to the ground below while installing joists on the top story of the building. (b) Top story of building, East side: On or about September 5, 2013, employee(s) performing framing work on the top story of a building were exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet to the floor below while standing and sitting near unguarded openings between wooden beams of the buildings frame.
