29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a. On or about September 16, 2013, an employee elevated in an aerial lift, near an overhead powerline rated at 7.2kV, did not de-energize and ground the line, exposing himself to an electrical hazard.
