29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). Location: 5 Ropes Street, Beverly, MA On or about 9/2/13, workers were exposed to electric shock hazards while working from the aluma-pole pump jack scaffold within seven feet of un-insulated live electrical overhead power lines.
