29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement:     18 Jerome Parkway, Griswold, CT 06351: On or about 06/19/2013 An elevated scaffold platform was supported by a dumpster edge from one end and the top of a six foot fiberglass step ladder from the other end. The platform was not leveled and was not secured to prevent swaying.
