29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal system:    a) 200 Maxham Road, Austell, Ga., On the front of a commercial building, the employer failed to provide fall protection for an employee removing building signage, while standing on top of a truck trailer, approximately 11.1 feet above ground level, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
