On or about 10/8/2013 the employer did not ensure the pinch point between the table and re-coiler on the 72 inch Loopco and 60 inch Braner line was guarded. c. On or about 10/8/2013 the employer did not ensure the rotating parts of the un-coiler on the 72 inch Loopco slitter line, 60 inch Braner slitter line, and 60 inch Loopco slitter line were guarded. d. On or about 10/8/2013 the employer did not ensure the rotating parts of the re-coiler on the 72 inch Loopco slitter line, 60 inch Braner slitter line, and 60 inch Loopco slitter line were guarded. e.
