29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: (a) On December 5, 2013, at McCann Printing facility, employees were exposed to serious electrical shock, burn and or electrocution injuries, in that the electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not guarded or enclosed to protect from accidental contact in the storage area did not have a guard that fully enclosed the electrical connections.
