29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: (a) Front side, new residential construction located on Lot #27 Stamp Mill Court, Johns Creek, GA 30097: Employee operating a Tiger (Model MM6) Trailer Mortar Mixer was exposed to amputation hazards while working in close proximity to unguarded moving parts on the Honda 5.5HP engine which powers the mixer. The Recoil Starter guard was missing which exposed employee to rotating parts.
