29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold:   NMCC Health & Wellness Center - The side-bracket portion, of the fabricated-frame scaffold platform, located 13 feet above the ground, was not provided with fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  NMCC Health & Wellness Center - The employees on the roof, 12 feet above the ground, were not protected from falling.   Robertson Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314683541, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/15/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Presque Isle, Maine.
