29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about October 31, 2013, WRS Roofing Inc as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of All Weather Quality Roofing, a subcontractor were protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
