29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 1651 5th St., Harvey, LA.; On or about 11/14/13, the employer allowed employees to utilize an aerial lift while not wearing fall protection. Employees used the aerial lift to come down off a roof. The roof was approximately 40 feet high.
