29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent):    Area 2 (Paint Shop): Employees were required to access the four foot high diking wall surrounding the six storage tanks that did not have guard railings installed to check sight gages on tanks.      Abatement documentation is reguired for this item accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices:    Area 2 (Paint Shop): The seven fill ports located outside of Area 2 are for chemicals such as but not limited to, Chemfos 700R, Chemfos Liquid Additive, and Sulfuric Acid did not have caution signs or labels to warn against potenial hazard or unsafe practices.    Abatement documentation is required for this item accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
