29 CFR 1926.403(i)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: In the electrical room on the south side of the building on or about November 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the work space in front of 208, 277 and 480 VAC panels with exposed live part was not maintained. There were boxes, shop vacuums, tool boxes, extension cords, empty five gallon buckets, panel covers and wires stored on the floor next to the front of the panels. Electricians were installing electrical equipment in the panels.
