Facility Welding Department - On or about November 18, 2013, compressed air used at the employee workstation for cleaning purposes was set at 120 PSI.     New Hampshire Precision Metal Fabricator, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 242(b), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 278843, Citation Number1, Item Number 4, issued on 8/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Industrial Dr. Londonderry, NH 03053. The final order date of this citation was on 9/19/2012.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Instance a. Facility Welding Department - On or about November 18, 2013, the electrical disconnects # F351 and # F352 were blocked by stored materials and debris.  Instance b. Facility Welding Department - On or about November 18, 2013, the electrical disconnect for the exhaust system was blocked by cardboard boxes.  New Hampshire Precision Metal Fabricator, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303 (g)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 278843, Citation Number2, Item Number 1, issued on 8/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Industrial Dr. Londonderry, NH 03053.
