Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps where specific procedures are developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in activities covered by this section.

29 CFR 1910.147(d)(3): All energy isolating devices that were needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment were not physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy source(s):   The employer does not ensure that all energy isolating devices that were needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment were physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy source(s):   a)  This violation occurred on or about November 26, 2013, in the milling department where operators, programmers and maintenance employees were exposed to struck-by/caught between hazards when performing set-up or maintenance tasks on door milling equipment such as but not limited to, Norfield Cut Out Machines.         b) This violation occurred on or about November 26, 2013, in the milling department where operators, programmers and maintenance employees were exposed to struck-by/caught between hazards when performing set-up or maintenance tasks on exterior door equipment such as but not limited to, Dotul, Maverick and Magnum Machines.         c) This violation occurred on or about November 26, 2013, in the door frame trimming area where operators, programmers and maintenance employees were exposed to struck-by/caught between hazards when performing set-up or maintenance tasks on two Full House Trimmer Machines.         d) This violation occurred on or about November 26, 2013, in the door assembly area where operators, programmers and maintenance employees were exposed to struck-by/caught between hazards when performing set-up or maintenance tasks on door assembly and milling equipment such as but not limited to, Builders Door Router and Screw Machines.     Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure all energy isolating devices that are needed to control the energy to the machine or equipment are physically located and operated in such a manner as to isolate the machine or equipment from the energy source(s):
