29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Florin Hill Development, Homesites 46 and 48 - on or about May 19, 2026, employees were performing residential framing work while working from the interior top plates, at heights between 10 feet, 7 inches and 19 feet, 3 inches above a lower level, without utilizing any means of fall protection. b) Florin Hill Development, Homesite 48 - on or about May 19, 2026, employees were performing residential framing work, 8 feet, 8 inches above a lower level, without utilizing any means of fall protection. No abatement certification required.
