29 CFR 1926.351(b)(1): Arc welding or cutting cable(s) were not of the completely insulated, flexible type, capable of handling the maximum current requirements of the work in progress: Located along the NE area of level B adjacent to stairwell there is a Miller Bobcat 225N welding machine/welder observed in use and running which did not have the arc welding cable terminal lug connection at the machine insulated with an insulating boot or equivalent.
