29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  a.)  On or before 12/11/2013, the employer had not provided updated training on Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labeling in conformance with the Global Harmonization requirements.  Chemicals used on site included, but were not limited to:  * Proctor & Gamble, "Spic and Span 10X Disinfecting Hard Surface Cleaner" which contains ethanol and 2-aminoethanol.  This chemical can cause eye damage and skin burns as a concentrate, and eye and skin irritation when diluted.  *  Proctor & Gamble, "Comet Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner" which contains dipropylene glycol butyl ether.  This chemical can cause eye and skin irritation.  * Proctor & Gamble, "Mr. Clean Liquid Floor Cleaner" which contains alcohol ethoxylates.  This material can cause mild to moderate irritation to the eyes and skin.  Abatement Certification is required.
