29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: Location: 220 Indian River Road, Orange, CT The employer did not ensure that the metal conveyor plank that was being stored in the stock room was secured to prevent it from sliding, falling or collapsing. On or about 12/3/13 an employee was injured when a large metal conveyor plank that was being stored in the stock room fell over, striking the employee in the head.
