29 CFR 1926.152(d)(2): A portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20-B units was not located between 25 feet and 75 feet from flammable liquid storage area(s) located outside:   (a)  Southeast Corner - On or about December 11, 2013 employees were exposed to fire hazards while servicing material handling equipment. There was no fire extinguisher located between 25 feet and 75 feet from diesel tank. The fire extinguisher was located 7 feet 4 inches away.
