29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks:   Employee(s) operating the Feeler High Accuracy metal lathe along the south wall of the shop were exposed to struck by hazards due to no guard being provided for the rotating chuck.  The rotating chuck was set between 270 - 365 revolutions per minute.
