29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At the manufacturing floor, on or about 5/29/2024, employees were exposed to amputation hazards in the following instances;  a) Bridgepoint Mill which operates at about 4200 RPM had no guard installed over the spindle.  b) G-Rod Band Saw, blade exposed under the table approximately 4 inches, and 15 inches under table to Point of Operation.
