29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. Throughout the shop bay area; on or about 12 December 2013 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that the work areas were clean and orderly. Shop bay area had numerous items loosely scattered on the floor impeding the walking and working surface. Items in the shop bay area included but not limited to: extension cords, hoses, drip pans, parts for machinery, tools, debris, paper products and other miscellaneous items. This condition exposed employees to a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein. Workbench area; on or about 12 December 2013 and times prior; an unmarked plastic spray bottle, containing an unknown chemical substance was not marked identifying the product and the hazard warnings associated with it. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns, poisoning, and skin dermatitis.
