29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. 673 FSS, Hillberg Ski Area, Bldg 23292: On or about 12 December 2013 and times prior thereto a 120 volt junction box mounted on top of an existing junction box CRT 8. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
